BC's Weather

BC's climate is the most varied and comfortable in Canada. BC's temperatures range from 35 degrees celsius in the Okanagan Valley during the summer to -50 celsius in northern and central BC during the winter. It is one of the few places in the world where you can ski, swim, and golf in the same day! The pacific coast is lined with many rain forests that are unique. British Columbia has all the climate zones - from glaciers in the mountain ranges, to rain forest on the coast, a moderate climate in the interior, and the desert zones in the south, where even the cactus finds its home.
